Last Thursday, a little over a week early, we had our baby boy. He was 6 pounds 10 oz. and 19.5 inches long. It was a relatively easy birth compared to Haylie and Hucks. I went to the hospital at 7:30 and had him at noon. Not too shabby...although I had been in a state of non progressive labor (is that even a real condition?) since Sunday after noon. It had not been a pleasant week up until the hospital finally said they would admit me. We are pleased as punch to have him at home, he is doing well and Huck loves him. Haylie, still not the nurturer, has very little use for him.

He's beautiful, Jen! Is it just me, or does anyone else think he looks a lot like Haylie? It kills me that 'she has very little use for him' - HAHA!!
So is it Wilder, as in rhymes with builder? Or Wilder, rhymes with, uh, mild(er)? Now I feel really stupid even asking.

I love him so much!!! What a cutie, and so blonde around the hair line. He doesn't have the strong Wilson look like the others, maybe this time he's a pear. Either way so cute, sweet and precious! Hope all is well, I really really want to call you, but I'm giving you a few days to get settled, cant wait to talk! Oh and ps, Haylie and Huck have gotten so big! Wish I could see them growing before my very eyes, guess pictures will have to do. Love you guys!

Jenny! What? THREE KIDS?? Wow- that is really impressive- and he is just as handsome as ever! And boy are you looking great in your pajama set- I'm not sure why I couldn't think past the ugly blue hospital gown and get some cute jammies myself- good thinking- maybe by our 3rd I'll have it figured out too. So your blog is the best- so funny! I'll be laughing for weeks about "that might be a penis" and Tom's white linen pants- so great! Thanks Jenny- glad all is well for you guys in TEXAS!!
